Housing
FCAS provides housing for its international students in fully furnished and equipped shared apartments located in the city of Florence. These shared apartments usually consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms (for use of up to 4~6 persons) with a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom (private bathrooms are NOT available). Students can stay in a SINGLE ROOM by paying an extra charge. There is NO air-conditioning in our shared apartments.
Apartments are located within 20~30min by bus/bicycle from the school (35~45min walk).
The apartment manager may ask for a security deposit before moving into the property.
The final location of the apartment will be communicated to each student within a week before the course commencement date. Please note that once the student arrives in Italy, NO REFUND will be made for any reason whatsoever in the event of a student deciding to cancel, change, or vacate an assigned apartment. Before applying for the school’s housing, we invite applicants to carefully read the “Housing Rules and Regulations” written in the Application Form. IMPORTANT! Non-resident students must pay directly to the apartment manager the “Florence Tourist Tax” (€ 38.50) and Wi-Fi costs (€ 5 per week). FCAS is pleased to facilitate the housing arrangement process but students are welcome to make their own direct accommodation plans.
