In the classes, students learn not only techniques, but also basic Italian philosophy. Of course, you can ask questions, and I asked the teacher a question about tradition.
授業では技術だけでなく、イタリアの基本理念なども学ぶこともできます。質問なども勿論可能で、僕は先生に伝統についての質問をしました。

Immediately after arriving in Florence, my roommate made cold pasta. First of all, I was overwhelmed by the delicious ingredients. I could not stop talking with my roommate.
The next day’s class was a lot of fun and full of dishes that you would never see in Japan.
フィレンツェ到着直後、ルームメイトが冷製パスタを作ってくれました。まずは素材のうまさに圧倒されました。ルームメイトとの話が止まりませんでした。
翌日の授業はとても楽しく、日本では絶対に見ないような料理がてんこ盛りでした。

On Tuesdays, we went to the mercato (morning market) and bought fresh ingredients, unique plates, and ate panini in the middle of the store. We also went to Cassine, the central market in Florence, and other places in the country that we found very enjoyable.
火曜日にはメルカート（朝市）に赴き、新鮮な素材や、独特なお皿なども購入し、店の途中にあったパニーニを食べました。カッシーネ、フィレンツェの中央市場など、とても楽しみが多い国だなと思いました。

The pasta with eggplant on Wednesday was excellent. The stewed rabbit was also excellent.
We also went to various places and had a lot of fun.
Saturday was a cultural activity and we went to Castiglioncello and just hung out and listened to the sound of the waves.
水曜日の茄子のパスタは絶品でした。ウサギの煮込みも絶品でした。
また、いろいろな場所へ赴いてなんだかんだ楽しかったです。
土曜日はcultural activityで、Castiglioncelloに赴き、波の音を聞きながらぼーっとしていました。

On Sunday I consumed a lot of meal cupon and learned a lot. I went to a pizzeria for the first time since I came here and was very excited to see real pizza. I would like to try it in my pizza oven at home. The supermarkets here are fun just to walk around, and all of them are so interesting that my refrigerator at home was overflowing with unique ingredients.
日曜日はmeal cuponをたくさん消費し、とても勉強になりました。ここに来て初めてピッツェリアへ行き、本場のピッツァに大興奮しました。家のピザ窯で実践してみたいです。こっちのスーパーは歩いているだけで楽しく、どれも興味を惹かれるものばかりで、家の冷蔵庫が独特な食材で溢れました。
