From the Fall 2021 Italian Chef Training Course.

Italian Chef Training Course, the Florence Culinary Arts School’s popular course,
offers an agriturismo training.

Agriturismo broadly refers to the farm stay with the accommodations run by a farm or farmers.

But it delivers a lot more than just staying overnight and enjoying the nature surrounding you.
During the agriturismo, you will be able to get many valuable experiences;
you will have a cooking class using the locally grown ingredients,
or if it’s the right season, you will harvest olives and grapes by yourselves!

This time we visited a pesticide-free farm, a ranch, and Chianti.

Under a clear blue sky and on the vast Tuscan land,
abundant vegetables and animals are growing and seem to be living their life to the fullest.

Born from the fertile land
