Florence Culinary Arts School: the gateway to becoming First-Class Chefs in Italian Cuisine

Students will experience working in a gelato shop (Italian: Gelateria), located in central Florence. Participants will learn how to make gelato and run a gelato shop as a business. It will be a truly unique experience to be a part of the Italian lifestyle and understand the customers’ tastes. The first months of the program will be totally focused on learning the Italian language, in order to enable students to intern in this specific environment.
